It’s always either said it’s having a problem or it’s stuck buffering. I don’t even know what the wifi tab on the bottom menu bar is supposed to be because every time I’ve clicked it (on data, off data, when connected to my wifi) in every possible scenario it has never displayed whatever it’s supposed to display. There were 2 different times where I payed my balance, tried using the internet hours later and it told me that my payment didn’t go through, so I payed again and then was charged twice and then given credit instead of a refund during times where I couldn’t afford to lose that much money. There is always some type of technical difficulty happening with the app (not my network). My prediction is that once the haters shut up and everyone else gets involved this will have a rating near or better than four stars I simply believe in fairness and honesty and the truth and this app works well much better than the ridiculous one star rating it is getting. I do not work for optimum and I have no vested interest in the success. It works well and quickly it doesn’t stall out or crash. It does everything you needed to do and it does it fine. If optimum service people mess up that does not make this a bad app. If you don’t need it that doesn’t make it a bad app. It took me a couple days to figure it out but once I did I found to be great and have since given it a 5 star rating and i berated other users to take a second look. At the time it had a rating in the low one to two range. They hated it because they didn’t understand how it worked and they had changed the app to act more like a Netflix app which greatly improved his usability and effectiveness. It reminds me of when the TV app came out and people hated it. I have never seen so much whining and crying by such a large group of ignorant people. I wanna remove this service from my home completely they are the worst and the bad part is I cannot change companies because no other company services my area how about that so unless I pack up my whole family give up my house I’ve been living in for 40 years I’ll forever be stuck with this horrible service that I continue to pay for now they want $300 I’m not paying that where is my 2month credit for no service use.
